In Fall 2010 Professor Tina Fuentes accepted the position as Director of the School of Art. Originator of the annual undergraduate juried student art exhibition, celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2012 and an active supporter of local arts initiatives, Fuentes is also an accomplished painter. How West Texas land and space affect the heart forms the subject of her recent paintings. Fuentes has had numerous one woman, group, museum and gallery exhibitions throughout the U.S. and particularly in Texas and New Mexico. Davis & Cline Gallery, Ashland, OR, currently represent her work, which was the subject of a PBS film documentary (1989), shown across the US and Canada. For complete C-V, click here >>
