Computer + Printing Lab

The School of Art computer lab is located in AH-204 and offers an array of state-of-the-art graphic and design creation equipment, including Intel-based 21" and 24" iMacs featuring Adobe Creative Suite 6 Master Collection, Final Cut Studio, Final Cut Express, Microsoft Office 2011, iLife suite, and Adobe Lightroom 4. The lab's Macintosh OS X environment contains two fully functional iMac classrooms and a general use area. The classrooms host courses in various disciplines within the SoA providing faculty and students important experience in an updated working environment.

The School of Art Computer Lab provides:

14 Epson 4490 photo scanners
3 Epson 4880 color inkjet printers
1 Epson 4900 Designer color inkjet printer
2 Epson 7800 color inkjet printers
1 Epson 9880 color inkjet printer
1 HP CP6015 black and white laser printer
1 Xerox Phaser 7800GX Color printer
rotary paper trimmers

Equipment available for checkout

School of Art students may check out the following equipment for 48-hour periods:

5 Sony DCR-HC62 digital camcorders
6 Sony DCR-HC96 digital camcorders
2 Canon PowerShot A 1000 IS digital cameras
4 Nikon Coolpix S3100 14 Megapixel Digital Cameras

School of Art Faculty may check out the following equipment:

1 Canon HVD 1080i digital camcorder
1 Canon PowerShot G10 digital photo camera
1 projector cart with VHS/DVD, speakers, and laptop
1 MacBook Air 13" for in-class presentation

Pay to Print system

Print Prices

The SoA Computer Lab provides high quality prints at great prices. Prices are based on running inch for the inkjet printers and laserjet prints are sold by the page.

Monday - Thursday 8am-10pm
Friday 8am-6pm
Saturday - Sunday 12am-8pm
