The school of art computer lab is located in AH-201 and offers an array of state-of-the-art graphic and design creation equipment, including -- iMac G5s, -- Intel-based 24” iMacs featuring Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Premium, Final Cut Studio, Final Cut Express, Microsoft Office, iLife suite, and Adobe Lightroom. The lab’s Macintosh OS X environment contains two fully functional iMac classrooms and a general use area. The classrooms host courses in various disciplines within the SoA providing faculty and students important experience in an updated working environment.

14 Epson 4490 Photo Scanners
3 Epson 4880 color Inkjet printers
1 Epson 9880 color Inkjet printer
1 HP 5200 black and white printer
1 HP 6015 color Laserjet printer
2 rotary paper trimmers
1 Contax Crystal XL 42” Wide Format Document Scanner

Equipment available for checkout

School of Art Students may check out the following equipment for 24-hour periods:

5 Sony DCR-HC62 digital camcorders
6 Sony DCR-HC96 digital camcorders
5 Canon PowerShot A 1000 IS digital cameras

School of Art Faculty may check out the following equipment:

1 Canon HVD 1080i digital camcorder
1 Canon PowerShot G10 digital photo camera
2 Projector cart with VHS/DVD, speakers, and laptop
1 Macbook 13” white for in-class presentation

Pay to Print system

Print Prices

The SoA Computer Lab provides high quality prints at great prices. Prices are based on running inch for the inkjet printers and laserjet prints are sold by the page.

Monday-Thursday 8am-10pm
Fri 8am-5pm
Saturday/Sunday 10am-6pm
