About Budget and Utilities Accounting

The Operations Division Budget and Utilities Accounting Section is responsible for the audit, payment, and distribution of purchased and manufactured utility costs for the main campus and its satellite sites.

The Section is responsible for the annual operating budget, establishment of project FOPs, and all fund transfers into and out of Operations Division FOPs. Project and FOP reconciliations are also performed in this Section to ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided to management.

The Section also provides financial reports and projections for all departments within the Operations Division.
