About Marketing

Operations Division Marketing strives to promote Operations Division services to the Texas Tech campus as the provider of choice as well as fulfill our mission to deliver, "Excellent Service, Excellent Stewardship," to the customer.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategies to develop and increase Operations Division Recognition.

  • Create designs, concepts and layouts.
  • Develop graphics and content for all print media.
  • Represent Operations Division through social media.
  • Design, build and maintain Operations website.
  • Liaison between Operations Division and customers and ensure customer service standards are upheld to the highest respect.
  • Represent Operations Division and provide information.
