Dr. Johnson’s research interests include water policy and production economics especially involving irrigation. He is involved in farm management issues with TTU Farm Operations and in the classroom. Dr. Johnson teaches undergraduate classes in farm management and optimization techniques and a distance graduate class in natural resource policy. Dr. Johnson is a native of San Angelo, Texas. He received his B.S. in Animal Science and M.Agr. in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University. He received his Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics with a minor in Natural Resource Management from Texas Tech University. |
Dr. Jeff Johnson is an assistant professor of agricultural and applied economics. In addition to associate director of the CASNR Water Center, he is the Managing Director of Farm Operations at Texas Tech University.
