Latino Directors Present Two Films "Cotton Fields & Crossroad" And "Sex Drunk"
Two unique Latino Filmmakers presented films on the TTU campus. The Latino filmmakers presented their films to TTU students on October 2006. Hector Galan, a Texas Tech alumnus, presented the critically-acclaimed film “Los Lonely Boys Cottonfields & Crossroads.” Richard Castaniero presented his contemporary film “Sex Drunk.” Galan’s film follows the humble beginnings of “Los Lonely Boys” as they struggle to make it on the road and to their debut album. Castaniero’s film draws attention to social problems such as alcoholism and abuse.
