NASA Astronaut
Joseph M. Acaba, NASA Astronaut visited the TTU campus fall 2006 and spoke to students on the “New Trends for Educational Excellence.” Acaba was selected as an Educator Astronaut by NASA in May 2004. He is currently assigned as a mission specialist at the Johnson Space Center until assigned to a space flight.
