Not planning on living on campus? You will find plenty of apartments, houses and other living facilities within minutes of Texas Tech.

Whether it's cozy Tech Terrace – home to many faculty, staff and students – or the newly developed Overton Park, student-oriented communities offer safe living options within walking distance of campus.

Transfer students are encouraged to consider living on campus, but many are ready for a house or an apartment off-campus after transferring to Texas Tech. Print and electronic resources help students find the housing that best fits their needs.
