AFISM: Expertise, Partnership, Excellence
AFISM, in partnership with administrative departments who update and maintain information systems, is a resource center for the campus community, providing an efficient and productive environment for automated processes and procedures. Partners include:
  • Budget Planning and Management
  • Financial and Research Accounting
  • Human Resource Services and Payroll
  • Procurement, Travel and Payables
  • Student Academic Records
The AFISM resource center provides reporting services, training classes and tutorials, learning aids, reference materials, and communications to enhance learning and operating automated information systems and business processes.

We provide a variety of work-related tools and informative reference materials for TTU Employees. Reference tools are listed above.
 

ERP Tools

AFISM is supporting related ERP products and updates to make them easy for you. We make announcements, coordinate, and establish project milestones.
 

Training

We are here to help you learn more about our partners' automated processes and the systems you work with. We develop our courses, workshops, training materials, and reference information with the goal to enhance your learning and understanding of our partners' automated systems and business processes.
 

Desktop/Web Support

Desktop Support

AFISM provides help and assistance to employees of our partners with networking or computer-related issues. If you are not sure where to go for help, regardless of your location, contact AFISM and we will redirect you. We can come by your office from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (except holidays).


Website Support

Our department offers assistance with web site and web application development and maintenance to our partners. If you need to update information, document, or image; update web site look-and-feel; add or change functionality - we will be glad to help. We can also help you with formulating requirements and either developing or purchasing web applications to suit your needs, business rules, and processes.
