This policy and procedure collection was created as a first step towards establishing a comprehensive online A&F policy and procedure library. The A & F PC Standards section establishes the ground rules that will help us to manage A & F workstations in a fashion that provides maximum benefit to the Administration and Finance community for the least cost. The Operating Policies and Procedures section includes links to statutes, rules, Board policies, and other policies and procedures applicable to A & F. Finally, the Systems Access section contains policies and procedures that establish standards related to security, confidentiality, and access to data in the Texas Tech University’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and data warehouses (Finance and Human Resources). We hope that these pages will serve as a resource for management and staff in administrative and fiscal positions throughout Texas Tech University.
