MAJOR ANDREW H. BLAIR

Major Andrew H. Blair is Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies, Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps, Detachment 820, Texas Tech University, Lubbock Texas.

Major Blair served four years as an enlisted Air Force Security Policeman at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey and Kirtland Air Force Base Albuquerque, New Mexico. He separated from the Air Force in 1992 and joined the Air Force ROTC program at the University of New Mexico.

In May, 1995, Major Blair earned a commission and returned to the Air Force and the Security Police (Security Forces) career field.
