"The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams." - Eleanor Roosevelt.
My name is Kerbey Jacobs, I am a senior Animal Science Production major here at Texas Tech University. I will be graduating in May of 2017 and am hoping to pursue a career in training companion animals. I have a particular interest in training abandoned and abused animals and helping to re-home them. My passion for animals started at a young age and continued to grow as I became involved in raising livestock for FFA and continued on to helping Dr. Protopopova with the animal shelter research.
My name is Sadie Bowling and I am a freshman at Texas Tech. I'm an Animal Science Pre-Vet major and have an overwhelming love for all animals. I hope to become an exotic animal veterinarian and work overseas to improve the lives of animals worldwide.
My love for animals started as a child when I took up horseback riding and continued through the summers I spent at the local zoo's summer camp. I've taken this love and admiration and turned it into a future and am currently a junior at Texas Tech with a major in Animal Science/Pre-Veterinary Medicine. I spend my time as a volunteer at animal rescue centers and as a research assistant for Dr. Protopopova.
