Show Conditions

All Classes

• We Plan to take about 15 minute breaks between classes for horses in the next class (depending upon the
• number of entries) then drag and start the next class
• Current Negative Coggins required
• Green as Grass, Green Reiner, and Green level horses may show one or two handed but not change
• Ancillary horses must be shown one handed in any legal bridle and bit
• Futurity horses may be shown one or two handed (but not change) in any legal bridle and bit, snaffle bit or hackamore
• NRHA Rule: Owner and exhibitor must have current 2012 NRHA Memberships
• NRHA Rule: Horse must have Competition License (transfers/new licenses can be made in show office)
• AQHA Rule: Exhibitors must have current AQHA card and AQHA Horse Registration papers
• Only one judge fee for concurrent classes (highest fee for divisions entered applies)
• Show Stall Fee for Thursday night, September 27 thru Sunday night, September 30, 2012
• Or Wednesday night, September 26 thru Saturday night, September 29, 2012 - $ 100.00
• Three night stall - $ 90, Two night stall - $ 60, One night stall - $ 30.00
• Shavings: $ 8.00/bag; No outside shavings
• Grounds Fee: $ 30.00/Horse/Day (un-stalled horse)
• R.V. Sites: $ 25.00/night (Electric only)
• Office Fee: $ 25.00/Horse; Youth only classes no office fee
• Start Move-in Wednesday, September 27th at 12 noon

WTRHA $500 Conditions

• Limited to Non Pro Rider with less than $500 in lifetime reining earnings prior to current show year. Must be a member in good standing of WTRHA.
• You must complete the class one-handed and all other NRHA rules apply.

Room rate is $89 per night. There is a 30 room block and reservations must be made by September 1, 2012. After that time the rooms will be released and the room rate will increase to the current rates.
