Schedule
This year's training will be held June 10-21 at Texas Tech University. This schedule allows for eight and a half days of professional training for the Agricultural Science - Animal Case Curriculum. Highlights of the schedule are as followed:
Nine-day Short-Lunch Schedule
- Evening registration, dinner and kickoff session will begin at 4 p.m. prior to opening morning. Click for more details
- Eight days of class from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Ninth day ends at 12:00 pm
- Lunch is 1 hour (12:00 pm-1:00 pm) – provided to class area
Important Travel Information
All participants are expected to arrive no later than 5:00 pm Sunday, June 10.
The 2011 traning will conclude around 12:00 pm Thursday, June 21. All flights out of Lubbock can be scheduled starting after 1:30 pm to ensure ample time for travel from Texas Tech to the airport.
Meal Plan
Dinner for Sunday, June 10 and all weekdays will be provided for all training participants. A formal dinner will be provided Wednesday, June 20. Weekend meals will not be available through Texas Tech and participants will be resposible for all meal expenses during these days.
Lodging
On-campus lodging will be provided, and each participant will be supplied with a single room in Murray Hall. Each participants will be supplied with linens which include: 2 flat sheets, 2 towels, 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels, 1 blanket, 1 pillow, 1 pillowcase, 1 bar of bath soap and disposable cup.
