Agricultural Systems Management Plains Ginners Association Scholarship
Agricultural Systems Management Plains Ginners Association Scholarship was established
by the Plains Ginners Association in 1996. This scholarship is available for all majors
in the Davis College of Agricultural Sciences & Natural Resources based on scholarship,
leadership and financial need. It is open to all classifications, with preference
to undergraduates, and students must be a U.S. citizen.
The Plains Ginners Association is a group consisting of cotton gin owners and managers
in the Lubbock area. They meet annually in Lubbock to cover several important issues
that have or will affect the ginning industry of the South Plains.
