The scholarship is awarded to junior and senior students who are majoring in Range and Wildlife Management. The Libb Wallace Memorial Endowed Scholarship was established in 1995 by Mr. Michael C. Hughes of Southwest Healthcare Network, Inc. in Amarillo, Texas in memory of Libb Wallace. Several of Libb's friends were also contributors to the endowment fund.
