Ambassadors for Agriculture

The Ambassadors for Agriculture is a group of young men and women who are dedicated to spreading the story of American agriculture and opportunities for youth in the broad fields of agriculture and natural resources. The group consists of students in the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources at Texas Tech University.

Each Ambassador has had extensive experience in the art of public speaking through 4-H, FFA, and various other speaking competitions.

Ambassadors are available to speak on motivational and informative topics relating to opportunities for youth. They speak at banquets, high school assemblies or classes, commencement exercises, agricultural science classes, and other similar types of meetings. The Ambassadors are also available to speak on agricultural topics to civic clubs, business groups, young farmer groups, and farm cooperatives. Also available are leadership and motivational workshops for FFA chapters, 4-H clubs, and other youth groups.

To invite one of the Ambassadors to speak to your group, please call the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources at (806) 742-2808 or e-mail your request to Meredith Campbell.
