“I know what it’s like to be on the long end of a hoe,” says Linda Trolinder-Wright, cotton development manager at Bayer CropScience. Perhaps that’s because she spent many long summers during her Texas childhood hoeing weeds from cotton rows. Today, Trolinder-Wright has a doctorate degree in plant molecular biology and is working to develop new traits for FiberMax cotton. (more…)
