Eric Lewandowski
Past Present & Future Landscapes of Boston

April 18 - May 14

Eric Lewandowski
, Jamaica Plain, MA:

For ten years Eric Lewandowski has been photographing the never-ending evolution of industrial environments of Boston's waterfront and surrounding inlets and waterways. The fringe between the land and sea is his specific interest due to its historical significance to the city. Eric is interested in the current state of these spaces, which are constantly being shaped by changing needs of a maritime city. These changes, this process, which effectively re-sculpt the landscape, is the subject of Eric's photographic investigation and documentation.

Eric conveys the sense of scale through panoramic, large format photographs. The panoramic process uses many photographs to create an entire scene.
