JUST NOT YET: dodging the vacuum of meaning

Landmark Arts proudly presents Just Not Yet on the occasion of the Western Literature Association Conference in Lubbock. Riffing on the Conference theme Western Crossroads: Literature, Social Justice, Environment, Guest Curator, Peter S Briggs has gathered work by twenty-one artists from the Southwest who are addressing related topics and issues in their artwork.
We are especially grateful to the Office of the Vice President for Research, through Dr. Taylor Eighmy, for support of guest artists Gregory Sale's and David Sherman's presentations as part of the Western Crossroads Conference.
We also wish to acknowledge the Helen Jones Foundation and The CH Foundation, both of Lubbock, for their generous grants which support exhibition and visiting speaker programs at the School of Art. Additional support comes from Cultural Activities Fees administered through the College of Visual & Performing Arts.
