High Impact Practices: Involving Students in the Learning Process Through Research and Service.
Research continues to indicate that engaging students more actively significantly benefits learning as well as retention. Through high-impact practices such as undergraduate research and service learning, faculty can help stimulate students' excitement for and investment in the learning process. Join us as faculty and staff from the Center for Active Learning and Undergraduate Engagement (CALUE) discuss the benefits of implementing these practices as well as resources and opportunities available through CALUE.
