Thank you very much for your letter of March 6. I am pleased to accept your offer for the position of Field Engineer within the Engineering Training Program. I understand that my initial assignment will be working for Mr. Stewart Priestly in the Petroleum Products Division at a salary of $33,000 per year.

I will graduate on May 22 and will be available for work in Los Angeles on May 28. Please let me know whom I should contact regarding my moving arrangements and the other details as to where and when I should report to work.
