The relaxed and laid back, yet hardworking and results-driven atmosphere at YETI Coolers really piqued my interest in the company. The most exciting part of the work I will be doing at YETI is the ability to interact with customers and help to resolve their issues on a daily basis.

The help that I have received from the UCC, specifically from Taylor Johnston, has been invaluable in my job search. Through the UCC I was able to have my resume critiqued and tailored to give me the best opportunity to find a job. In addition, I received guidance in navigating the Hire Red Raiders website, as well as a few other employment and job searching websites. The biggest difference the UCC made in my job search was without a doubt the mock interview conducted by Taylor Johnston. The questions that he posed to me were very similar to the ones in my actual in-person interview. Without the coaching I received from Taylor, the interview process would definitely not have gone as smoothly as it did for me.

My perspective changed in that I now have a better understanding of how to answer questions in an interview, as well as focus on my strong points, while making the most of my weaknesses. My experience with the UCC helped me to not overthink things out of my control while focusing on the things that I am can control.
