Mission Statement: College of Arts & Sciences Microscopy

Texas Tech University College of Arts & Sciences Microscopy(CASM) is committed to providing students and staff from varied scientific disciplines across campus with the essential theoretical and applied knowledge required to operate modern imaging instrumentation and to generate quality results. College of Arts & Sciences Microscopy Imaging Center (CASM) will provide high quality, well maintained instruments, as well as the intellectual tools required for researchers to critically evaluate their particular imaging requirements. CASM will foster an environment that promotes cross-disciplinary interactions between diverse research groups at Texas Tech and provide limited fee-for-service work for internal and external case users.
