Red Raider CAMP is a great way to get involved on campus and become a recognized leader. Pick up your application in the Center for Campus Life, 201 Student Union building or email Candice Laster at candice.n.laster@ttu.edu.
The primary role of a RRC Counselor is to lead a group of transfer students in hopes of welcoming them into the Red Raider family by teaching traditions, offering insight into their transition to Tech, and providing continuing support for their duration at Texas Tech University.
Facilitators work from June-August. From June – July, facilitators work with the director to develop the components of camp and recruit campers. Office hours are required at the Red Raider Camp cubicle during this time. In July, facilitators are at camp in Junction, TX. While at camp, they assist directors with camp activities, facilitate ropes course, and assist counselors when needed. The facilitators are assigned one color group. The campers are divided into four color groups.
