Know Your Risks

Anyone can get HIV and other STDs (sexually transmitted diseases). You cannot always tell if someone has an STD by his or her appearance because STDs often have no symptoms. Not having sex is the only sure way to avoid getting STDs through sex. Fortunately, if you have sex, there are ways reduce your risk.
