Raiders' Off-Campus Student Services (ROCSS)
Raiders Off-Campus Student Services (ROCSS) is an area within the Center for Campus Life dedicated to offering resources and services to the large number of Texas Tech students living off-campus.
It is the purpose of Raiders Off-Campus Stident Services (ROCSS) to provide students with events and activities that will enhance the overall learning experience whether students are:
considering moving off-campus
have already signed a lease; or
have been living off-campus for years
