Student Counseling Center
College life is brimming with new challenges and choices! Counseling focuses on the common issues students frequently encounter in this process. These issues can involve relationship loss, coping with grief, body image concerns, depression, anxiety, stress management, alcohol or other substance abuse, gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgender identity concerns, communication skills...or simply general adjustment to college.
Confidential services are provided free of charge to currently enrolled students and include: individual, group and relationship counseling, trauma/crisis counseling, educational programming on mental health topics, a Mind/Body Lab using biofeedback technology to teach stress management techniques, diversity advocacy programs, e.g.,allies training, and on-line self-screenings.
Hours of operation: Monday-Friday, 8.00am - 5:00pm
Walk-in-Clinic hours: 10:30am-3:30pm

The ombuds Office is:" A safe place to bring concerns and find solutions."
