Appearance Request Form

Appearance Requests must be made at least 14 days in advance of event date.

Appearance fees will be assessed for private individual or corporate functions and for-profit businesses or ventures - (birthday parties, weddings, tailgates, etc.)

University, non-profit agencies, and charity events will not be assessed an appearance fee.

Cheer & Pom Squads will be unavailable to attend appearances during the following dates:
July 27-31 - unavailable
Football & Basketball Game days - limited availability (see Appearance Fee link above).
