2010 Pom Squad Audition

All audition information, subject to change.
Tryouts are closed to public.

2010 Audition Dates - TBA - Spring 2010

Requirements

  • Freshman/Transfer Students:  Accepted to TTU for 2010-2011 academic year

  • Current TTU Students: 
    > Cumulative & Current GPA of 2.0 or above
    > Enrolled Full Time (Undergraduate - 12 hours, Graduate - 9 hours)

  • Current Health Insurance (a copy of insurance card must be sent with application)

  • Pay application fee

  • Letter of Recommendation from current coach/advisor/director submitted in sealed envelope.

Pom Squad Audition Attire

Black Hot Shorts
Black Sports Bra
No Embellishments on top or bottoms allowed
Hair Down and done
(bangs must be pulled back so face is uncovered and can be seen)
Full Performance Make-Up
(this includes a nice shade of Red Lipstick and lip liner)
Jazz Shoes
(can not dance bare foot)
Nail Polish should be clear, French or American Manicured
No Jewelry allowed, except for rhinestone earrings

Note:  Pom Squad members will NOT be able to participate in Fall Sorority Recruitment/Rush Activities.

    All skills required for the audition will be incorporated into both the audition material and quick routine, which is taught during finals on Saturday.
