ChE Grad. Student Ben Xu, Awarded a $500 Travel Grant.
Ms. Ben Xu, a graduate student in Dr. McKenna's group, has been awarded a $500 travel grant from the Forum on Graduate Student Affairs of the American Physical Society. The grant is for Excellence in Graduate Research. Ms. Xu plans on using the funds to attend the March Meeting of the American Physical Society to be held in Boston, MA from February 27 - March 2, 2012 where she will give a presentation entitled "Swelling Behavior of Crosslinked Rubber: Does the Peak in Dilational Modulus Exist?"
