Introduction:

The Graduate Program in Texas Tech’s Department of Chemical Engineering is dynamic and internationally visible. The faculty and graduate students carry out federal, state and industrially funded research in diverse fields such as polymers and soft matter, bioengineering, computational materials science, process control and reaction engineering. The programs offer a mix of experimental and theoretical/computational approaches to these subjects. Stipends are available to qualified Ph.D. candidates.

How do I apply for admission to the Chemical Engineering Graduate Program at Texas Tech? Prospective students should provide official transcripts, official GRE General Test (verbal, quantitative written) scores, and a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent. Students are urged to apply by the end of January for enrollment in the coming fall semester.
