Rigaku Ultima III

The Rigaku Ultima III is a top of the line powder diffractometer, and incorporates various sample mounting methods, including a high-temperature sample-holder, and is capable of a variety of data-collection modes, including low-angle data collection. This makes it idea to assist in the characterization of a wide variety of materials. Data can be collected for users, or trained users may collect their own data. The instrument was purchased in 2007.
