Cultural Activities
Students who study in another country certainly expect to learn about that culture. At the Intensive English Program, we want to help you learn English and the American culture. Our program has special cultural activities each session to introduce you to our country.
What kind of activities do we offer?
In the past, we have taken our students to museums, art exhibits, basketball games, restaurants, and ranches. We have gone bowling and ice skating together. We often arrange visits to events happening around our city to help to introduce our students to Lubbock. We have also visited places outside of Lubbock. These trips are an excellent way to practice oral English skills and have fun at the same time.
