How do I Apply?
- Fill out an application (download here)
- Show proof of financial ability (in US dollars)
- Send a copy of your passport page showing name and expiration date
- Send a copy of your diploma or certificate showing the highest level of education completed
- Pay a non-refundable application fee of $50.00

I am a transfer student what do I do?
- Email Intensiveenglish@ttu.edu and say you would like to transfer.
- Follow all of the steps listed above to apply and send a copy of your current I20.
- Once we have all of your documents and you are accepted into our program we will send you an authorization to transfer form to give to your school.
I want to bring my wife and children what do I do?
If dependents (spouse or children) are accompanying you, please include their names on your application form. Your expenses will increase with each dependent.
How long does it take me to get an acceptance letter?
It could take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months depending on the amount of applicants we have.
When can I apply?
From a Foreign country: You should apply no later than 60 days so that you have enough time to get a visa.
In the states: No later than 2 weeks before the registration date.
