ITA Workshop 2013 Calendar

July 22 - August 9

Important Dates:

March: TTU Departments will receive a memo explaining the details of the ITA Workshop.

March-June: Departments register their students for the Workshop by sending ITA details to Carla Burrus (carla.burrus@ttu.edu)

July 20-22: The Residence Hall (Carpenter-Wells Dorm) is open for newly arrived ITA candidates.

July 22: Last day to register for the International Teaching Assistant Workshop.

July 11: Last day to register for guaranteed Campus Housing during the International Teaching Assistant Workshop.

July 22 - August 9: ITA candidates attend Workshop from 8am-5pm on weekdays. Weekends are free time.

August 10: Students living on campus must check out of the residence hall by 12pm.

August 21: Faculty report for duty for the Fall Semester

August 26: Fall Semester Begins

Last Day to Participate in the ITA Testing - First Day of Practice Test
