City & Province: Rome & Britannia 2012
City & Province is a unique summer field course that begins in the heart of Rome and continues with an archaeological exploration along the Roman borders in the north of England at the fort of Binchester.
The first two weeks will be spent within earshot of the Forum in Rome.
The next four weeks will be spent learning the practices of archaeological excavation at the Roman fort of Binchester near Hadrian’s Wall while living in the old town of Durham, UK.

- What are the costs? - around 6.5k for program fees, plus airfare and tuition. Around, because the more who come along the less this will cost.
- What do I get for my money? - All travel and site fees are included while in Europe. Some meals are included in Italy and three meals a day are provided in the UK.
