Preparing Engineers

Students go to college for a lot of reasons, but the one we hear most often is "to get a good job". In today's increasingly competitive job market, students realize that competition is tough and standing out from the crowd is a must.

Not surprisingly, employers also realize the importance of a college education. But companies are no longer satisfied with smart graduates. Today's companies are looking for engineers prepared to meet the demands of today's technical world.

At the College of Engineering, we help students get ready for the challenges of industry. Here we don't just graduate engineers; we prepare them.

Helping Students

We know that getting a job can be a intimidating. Job fairs can seem like more of the same lines you stood in during orientation, and finding out how to stand out in the crowd can be as hard as your senior project courses.

The good news is we're here to help. This site is dedicated to helping you find an internship, co-op position, or a full-time job. Our staff is always available to look over your resume, give you interviewing tips, or talk to you about the upcoming job fair.
