The Whitacre College of Engineering has a long tradition of providing students with an excellent education. But, your studies are only part of the equation. The best thing you can do to get a leg up on other graduates in the job market is to have some experience to go with your degree, and we can help you make that happen. They are the best place to showcase your talents to the over one hundred companies looking for talented graduates. Apprenticeships 2.0
Once the primary way to learn a trade, the practice has fallen out of favor. But while you won’t necessarily live with you your employer to learn the new skills, the base concept is still valid: People learn best when doing. Whether you want to sample how the business works during a Summer Internship or you’re ready to make the commitment of a full, Cooperative Education (Co–Op), we think you’ll find that there are many companies willing to help you get into an exciting new career.
