December 18: Commencement Exercises
United Spirit Arena
The commencement ceremony for Texas Tech graduate students will begin at 4:00 pm. Graduates will enter thru the drive-in bay at the north end of the Arena. To avoid confusion in the Arena (practice court) where graduates are lining up, guests will use the other entrances in the arena. There will be signs and/or marshals to help you find the Engineering information table. You will line up alphabetically within your major. Please do not bring your personal belongings with you. As a courtesy to other graduates and guests, we ask that you and your guests remain seated until the ceremony is completed.

Things to do before the Commencement Exercises
- Purchase your cap and gown at the Texas Tech Bookstore.
- Grade replacements must be made immediately prior/after graduation
- Cancel scholarships/loans
- Cancel housing arrangements
- Check on library fines, holds, etc.
