The information you provide will be verified with the Texas Tech Application for Admissions Packet. Your personal and academic information will be gathered from the Texas Tech Student Information System. Provide your full legal name and other identifier information to accurately assess your admissions packet. Some information requested below is not available on your admissions packet.
NOTICE: You must have completed the Math Placement Exam in order to fill out this application. If you have not taken the exam, please visit the Math Placement Exam Page to take the exam.
