Biography
John E. Kobza is the Senior Associate Dean in the Whitacre College of Engineering and Professor of Industrial Engineering at Texas Tech University. Prior to his current administrative position, he served on the faculty in Industrial Engineering at Texas Tech University and Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. His research interests include modeling, analyzing and designing systems involving uncertainty and risk, such as security systems, manufacturing systems and communication networks.
