In 2010 Kimberly moved to University College where she served as the Executive Associate to the Dean.  In her two years with the college she coordinated the Dean's travel, calendar, meetings, and correspondence.  In addition to these duties, she supervised staff, maintained the college's conference room schedules, handled the agenda and minutes for the Distributed Learning Council (DLC), and assisted the dean as the primary contact to assist the directors for the Regional Sites (TTU at El Paso; TTU at Fredericksburg; TTU at Highland Lakes; TTU Center at Junction; and TTU at Waco).  Kimberly also maintained and updated the annual Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board's (THECB) Higher Educational Regional Council (HERC) document for TTU's Consolidated Distance Education and Regional Site Instruction Plan.  In 2012, Kimberly was brought back to the Office of the Provost to assist Dr. Valerie Paton, Vice Provost.
