- Barbie's research interests are in the areas of brand development, generational research, strategic planning and advertising research.
- For the past 15 years, Barbie has worked in advertising, marketing and public relations. Most recently she spent almost 10 years at The Price Group as the Director or Strategic Planning. She has focused most of her professional career on health care and financial marketing. She is currently working as a Graduate Part-Time Instructor for the College of Media & Communication while she works on a Ph.D.
