Professor - Mass Comm, 1972-1975; Associate Professor of Mass Comm, 1975 to present.

Leadership / awards: Presidents Teaching Award for Excellence, 1995; Faculty Distinguished Leadership Award, Moms and Dads Assoc., 1999; Mortar Board/ODK Outstanding Faculty Award, 1982, voted Best Teacher at Tech, 1997 through 2003.
