The new Jerry S. Rawls College of Business Administration building will be located at the north end of campus near Dan Law Field and the R.P. Fuller Track where Thompson Hall currently stands.

It will be within walking distance of the future North Campus Gateway - an entrance into campus from the Marsha Sharp Freeway similar to the existing southern entrance at Broadway and University Avenue.

The location also is close to the Engineering Research and Experimental Sciences buildings.

Groundbreaking for the $60 million building should take place in about 18 months, according to Mike Ellicott, vice chancellor of Facilities Planning and Construction. The project should take about two years from groundbreaking to completion.
