Live in the Heart of Lubbock at Raider Ranch

Texas' newest master-planned, gated community for those 55 and older.

Alumni Highlights

A Drawing of Raider Ranch

Raider Ranch features condos, stand-alone villas and assisted living units for those 55 and older.

Raider Ranch is a master-planned, gated community for those at least 55 years of age, located in the heart of Lubbock. Residents will own their own condominium or villa home, and will enjoy the very best in resort-style living with Raider Ranch’s wide array of unmatched services and amenities.

The Texas Tech Alumni Association has agreed to endorse and support this project, one that is long overdue for the West Texas area. We believe that Raider Ranch, LLC, is committed to making this a retirement community that will greatly enhance the quality of life for its residents.

Part of this great news is that the Alumni Association will use the revenue it receives from our participation in this program to fund Texas Tech scholarships -- the university’s greatest need.

Raider Ranch is offering independent living properties for sale. This community provides an entirely new option in retirement living not only in Lubbock, but also around the country. You can purchase a condo unit or a stand-alone villa in the exact same manner as one purchases his or her home. In addition, the entire campus is maintenance-free.

Residents of Raider Ranch will be offered independent and assisted living arrangements. The independent living areas will be in two styles:

Condo Living

830 – 1400 square feet
Starting from $180,000

Villa Living

1600 – 2500 square feet
Starting from $240,000

Assisted living units will be developed as separate facilities and will be offered on a monthly rental basis to residents.

All residents of Raider Ranch will be offered a full list of services included in this package. The services will be based out of the Community Center Building, which is also the center point of the main condo building. The association will work closely with Raider Ranch, LLC, to make sure that the experience will be a positive one.

Almost 20 families have committed to purchasing a home in Raider Ranch, and those families were on hand as special guests to help Raider Ranch commemorate this occasion.

“We are so excited about what Raider Ranch has to offer its residents,” said Raider Ranch Sales Director Tom West. “The response thus far has been tremendous and we very much appreciate the support from the Lubbock community and the Texas Tech Alumni Association.”

The Alumni Association encourages you to investigate the possibility of reserving a spot for your retirement home in Raider Ranch.
