Back by popular demand this semester, is the Student Alumni Association’s Dinner With 10 Red Raiders. Texas Tech students will again reap new networking benefits thanks to the SAA program, which was created in the Spring 2006 Semester.
The idea behind the Dinner With 10 Red Raiders program is to build and strengthen the Texas Tech community by creating an informal environment for Texas Tech alumni to make connections with students.
By becoming a Dinner With 10 Red Raiders alumni host, you make Texas Tech a warmer and friendlier place for current students as well as foster a positive Texas Tech experience for you and the students in attendance. SAA’s Dinner With 10 Red Raiders welcomes all Texas Tech alumni as hosts.
Dinners can range from a catered affair to a backyard barbeque and offers participants a great opportunity to make new friends and valuable connections. Texas Tech students, alumni and faculty come together as strangers and leave as friends.
The dinner will be hosted on a first-come, first-serve basis. The first 10 Student Alumni Association members who sign up for the event will reserve their spot for the dinner. Dinner With 10 Red Raiders will begin in September.
If you would like to host a dinner or if you have any suggestions or requests for future hosts of Dinner With 10 Red Raiders, contact Sarah Klimek at sarah.klimek@ttu.edu or (806) 742-3641 ext. 232.
If you know someone who would be interested in the dinner, encourage them to join SAA so they can attend.
