Find Your Legacy Moment

 

Any father can say there is a special bond between him and his child, but for me that bond became even deeper as I grew older and followed in my mother's and father's footsteps by attending Texas Tech.

Becoming a Red Raider was one of the best decisions I ever made, and sharing that special bond with my parents is very special to me. It's something I want to share with my son one day.

That's part of why I chose to enroll him in the Texas Tech Legacy Program and give him the opportunity to start being introduced early to everything Texas Tech. He loved it when he opened a package one day to find a beautiful Texas Tech Legacy fleece blanket inside with a card.

He immediately pointed out the double T on the blanket and card, and shouted, "Look daddy! It's Texas Tech, just like you like Texas Tech. I'm just like you!"

A moment like that is hard to forget. I hope it is the first of many great moments we share together along with our love for Texas Tech and the Alumni Association.
