T-shirt Sale to Benefit Hurricane Survivors
Texas Tech “RaiderAid” T-shirts benefiting survivors of Hurricane Katrina will go on sale soon. The red shirts will feature the “RaiderAid” logo.
The shirts will be available for a $10 donation at the Texas Tech vs. Sam Houston State football game at Jones SBC Stadium on Sept. 17. They also will be available at the Texas Tech University Student Union Building information desk, South Plains Mall, Paddle Tramps, and Skyviews restaurant. Sam’s Club in Lubbock will also have the shirts on sale and will match all donations up to $2,000.
The initiative was organized by the Tech Tech University System’s Katrina Relief Committee, a coalition of students, faculty and staff.
